NICK TERRY

Manager & Producer

Nick is a talent manager and producer, where he represents actors, writers, directors, and other creative talent across film, television, digital media, and animation. With a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to management, he works closely with his clients to develop long-term career strategies, identify and cultivate new opportunities, guide creative and professional decisions, and build careers that extend beyond traditional representation. He is actively involved in developing original content, identifying and securing underlying intellectual property, and leveraging his industry relationships to help bring projects from concept to screen. Nick began his entertainment career at Buena Vista Pictures Marketing, the theatrical marketing division of The Walt Disney Company, before earning his share of papercuts in the mailroom at Paradigm Talent & Literary Agency. He went on to work in Paradigm’s talent and literary departments before transitioning into management, learning the business from veteran manager Jeri Scott and receiving mentorship from the late Bernie Brillstein. Prior to joining World Builder, Nick was a manager at Zero Gravity Management. Today, he combines creative development, strategic career planning, and a deep understanding of the entertainment business to advocate for his clients and advance their professional goals. He cultivates and maintains an extensive network of relationships with producers, directors, agents, casting directors, studio and network executives, streamers, financiers, distributors, and other industry partners, connecting talent, material, and opportunities. Whether developing projects, assembling creative teams, facilitating strategic partnerships, or navigating the complexities of an ever-evolving industry, Nick takes an active role in helping his clients build sustainable, multifaceted careers. Nick is a member of the Television Academy and the Hollywood Radio and Television Society (HRTS), and serves as a mentor with the Junior Hollywood Radio and Television Society (JHRTS).

HARRY MARKOS

Publishing Manager

Harry Markos oversees the publishing department at World Builder Publishing and supports every stage of the publishing process, from acquisition and rights to production and release. Harry has worked in independent publishing since 2005. He started by spotting a gap in the market: novels were rarely adapted into graphic novels, so he set out to change that. He secured the rights to a string of novel adaptations, then expanded through licensing deals with publishers in the UK and the US. Over the following two decades he built a catalogue of more than 600 titles spanning graphic novels, comics, children’s picture books and prose fiction. His experience covers the US Direct Market, digital publishing, and mainstream trade publishing. He has negotiated international licensing and rights agreements and has built and managed teams on both sides of the Atlantic. Harry brings a deep international network and a wealth of hands-on publishing experience to World Builder Entertainment.

CAROL GINSBURG

Executive Coordinator

Carol Ginsburg always wanted to become an elementary school teacher but after graduating from UCLA with a credential in hand, she soon found herself on the 20th Century Fox lot working alongside production and development executives in both TV and film for almost 10 years. She later worked at Tri-Star Pictures and with Mace Neufeld, among others, before finding her way to World Builder Entertainment.
